PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — The owners of the Portsmouth Brewery said they are not reopening. The brewery originally closed after a sprinkler main went off, causing catastrophic flooding in the building. Co-owner Peter Egelston said the price of repairs to meet building code requirements would cost too much.
